I've been renting from Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty for 8 months. The place is nicely kept up (nice flooring, new appliances, etc.; though the in-unit washer/dryer doesn't dry very well and wrinkles everything, that's the only minor quibble I really have). The team has been extremely responsive to any problems we've reported to them, from getting internet installed to getting the garage door fixed. It's a good place to live, and I'm really impressed by the responsiveness -- I don't think I've ever rented anywhere that was so good at getting back to me and taking care of any problems I encountered, and I find that really valuable.

I have been extremely pleased with your service managing my property. Peace of mind is so important especially as an out of state owner. Your friendly and courteous demeanor always make it easy for me to pick up the phone if I have any concerns, knowing that they will be answered and taken care of. I can not thank you enough. They have done a great job managing my property and are professional, punctual, communicates well, and does an excellent job screening for quality tenants. If I owned another property, I would not hesitate in a nanosecond to use Simply Property Management.
