I had a manicure and nail polish (not gel) done here on Saturday afternoon. By Sunday night, the polish was already chipping on over half of my fingers. When I asked them to simply repaint the tips where it was chipping, I was told no unless I wanted to pay $11. So basically, on top of their expensive cost (and poor quality nail polish), they care more about the money than the customer. I was told that if I don’t get gel, it’d chip and that was to be expected. Even the cheap polish I buy at Walmart doesn’t start chipping after only 24 hours. How embarrassing for them. Don’t waste your money! Go somewhere that cares about their customers. They don’t have me as a customer anymore. Their loss, and bad reviews.
