The instructors are amazing! The energy is great! They don’t care if it is your first class or your 500th, they treat you like a valued family member. I was hooked from my first class. It is also very clean. Everything is wiped down after every class.

iLoveKickboxing has improved my life for the better. The instructors at the Lakewood location have always been encouraging, enthusiastic, and just awesome. My energy and confidence have increased, not to mention the difference it’s made in my physical being. The workouts vary enough that muscles and endurance continue to grow. I highly recommend!

Awesome staff! They really get you motivated and keep you movin' with some hot beats! Love the daily tips and how the classes are orchestrated. And I really enjoy the amount and times available to kick it. 👊
