Reviews of Inov8 International in La Crosse

I own an auto repair shop and Bought an Inov8 new last year to replace a badly worn out Clean Burn. The Inov8 is a piece of junk. Can't keep it lit. Talked with tech, sent pictures of the install, added a draft inducer, then sent the burner back for inspection. They said the burner had debris in it that shouldn't have got past the filter so they didn't know what it was. Well, that didn't help at all. I asked them to send a tech to see it in action and solve the problem. They said they wouldn't do that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. When I first called to order one, they said 2 weeks to build. Took more like two months. When I called to ask about it, they acted like they didn't really care when it was built or shipped out. Then they sent it with parts missing such as a burner gasket, oil line and thermostat. I spend more time working on keeping the furnace running than I do working on cars. Hate this thing.
