Reviews of R & R Heating & Air Cond in Knoxville

The only reason this company gets 1 star is that 0 stars is not an option. We hired Rudy and Rusty of R & R heating and air to install a new HVAC unit on October 21, 2016. They had been highly recommended from a contractor friend (who has since been advised of our poor experience). They arrived without the larger resin pad to go under the compressor and with a bent up cover for the electrical panel. It is so bent that it cannot be fastened closed. We were told the 2 problems would be taken care of the next day. Our mistake was paying in full. It has been 10 weeks now and no repairs have been made. Rusty has taken 2 calls from me in the 10 weeks and does not return my many other calls. Rudy told me on my first and only call to him that I was NOT to call him again. They would contact us when the parts were in and they were ready to install. These men are disreputable and no one should choose this company for their HVAC needs.
