Reviews of Knoxville News-Sentinel - Circulation Customer Service Subscription and Delivery in Knoxville

Daily Times (Blount County's community newspaper), as of yesterday, is being delivered by the post office. Not only do we receive the Daily Times but the News Sentinel. Prior to yesterday, they were delivered together to our front door at approximately 4AM. The Daily Times is now delivered sometime after 4PM and we haven't received the News Sentinel at all. I have reported the past two days of NO DELIVERY and the best ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE/MENU phone can do is "credit my account." I don't want my account credited...I want a paper that I pay for. I no longer know what time of the day the News Sentinel is being delivered, by who (contract carrier), or where it is being delivered. I have made multiple attempts to speak with a person in the Circulation Department only to be dismissed by the MENU phone. I would hopefully like to continue my annual subscription with the News Sentinel but I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN IN ORDER TO EXPLAIN MY DELEMMA and arrive at an equitable resolution.
I personally would not choose to "rate this business" but am being forced in order to submit my review. Understand it is negative rating of "-1".

Wished I could give negative star. Delivery of paper has continued to be a problem. We either don't receive the paper or find it in middle of parking lot. Have reported issue and contacted multiple times over the past two years with NO improvement. Will not subscribe again. I don't think they care.

I just got a new subscription, and out of the last 6 days, I have received 3 papers. Also, the courier throws the paper in my driveway even though I have a newspaper box. SO, 1 out of the 3 papers that I received was drenching wet.
