Reviews of Luxury Cosmetics in King of Prussia

This business is a scam, and Simon Properties should be ashamed to have these people in the King Of Prussia Mall. They sell Truffoire products. Look them up! The products are not sold in stores, this "business owner" does not have locations in NY and FL. Truffoire is only sold online, probably because the product does not work, nevertheless, This store sells the product for 10x more than you can purchase online. You walk by the store and get paid a compliment and handed a sample, then they say "wait, I have something for you follow me". Now you are in their store. They sit you in a chair and quickly start putting stuff all over your face. They do this because they do not take it off until you buy something! The owner told me a $300 container of facial creme was $5,000! Really?! I said, I'm not prepared to spend that kind of money today, (and while stuff is still all over your face) they start to insult you kindly then build you up and close again. Repeat as many times as it takes. I finally got up and agreed to spend about $500 so they cleaned my face off and already had my card charged before I got out of the seat. This is not how you conduct business. Later I find out this is really a pyramid scheme, and no one benefits except the young people calling themselves professional cosmetologists. They lie through their teeth and try to sell you even more expensive devices. They wanted me to spend over $7000.00 to buy a wand with a light on the end of it as it's supposed to help your facial skin. I did not believe this report because the "owner" says he uses his all the time and seemed to have worse skin than I did! This store should not be in King Of Prussia Mall, and I am positive their are others who feel the same way and have had the same experiences I have. Warning to all shoppers. They also have a kiosk at the top of the escalators at the entrance of the new luxury wing.
