Reviews of Maxdale Elementary School in Killeen

My experience has been very uncaring to my childs education. Maxdale did nothing to prevent my child from failing 2 years in a row. I had never heard of a second and third grader faling (NEVER). Maxdales solution was to just to get rid of the problem and mark the child for life. Even though it was later we found out the child had a learning disability and ADHA. This explains the childs discrepency, unwillingness, feeling overwhelemed, lack of comprehension etc. Mrs. E*** R*******. (3rd grade teacher) was the only one who attempted to find other options once I got involved. I feel that Maxdale Elementary has failed my grandchildren as well as other black students education as well whos children failed at this academy as well. Now that I had to prove my grandchilds learning disability the school is now willing to step forward to help. It's to late now both children are on their way to failing again. Which is gonna have a big set back on their future. Had it not been for me they may have been heading down a road of distruction. A statistic as some may call it. Just because the school couldn't recognize the problem in two years. Sincerely Disappointed with The School District continuously
