My husband picked up the cowling for our motorcycle this evening after having new speakers and a amp installed. Upon examination of the cowling he noticed that not only was there a crack it but it had been glued in attempt to fix it and glue was not only dried in drops on the windshield and paint around the crack but also smeared and dried on the windshield where an poor attempt to wipe it off had been made. When he pointed this out to the fellow at the counter he was told that they had not done it despite the fact that Rob put the cowling together himself and no glue was involved what so ever and there was definitely no crack when it was dropped off!!! After looking it over further there are also several chips in the paint (which is custom and less the 2 months old) on and around the crack as well as in a few other spots. If you are looking for audio work with good customer service this is definitely not the place to take your prized possessions if you want them back in one piece!! Oh and did I mention that wrapped up with the cowling was a bunch of trash, pork rind remains, BBQ sandwich wrappers and even a soda can???
