Reviews of Community Clinic in Joplin

I had an appointment set for today April 3rd, I waited 3 weeks for this appointment after putting in my info with them, I recently went to er and after words was told to call the clinic first thing in the morning so I could come in early to sign a release, , I did that and unfortunately the staff informs me I need to come in right away to get the release form signed, unfortunately I couldn't do that since I only had one ride there and back I asked if I came in 30 min earlier then my appt can I sign the release and they informed me , no u cant do that u need to reschedule, seriously how long could it take to call the er to get my info and take the dr a few minutes to read the report of my extrays and a1c, seriously if u need to go to a clinic I wouldn't recommend this one, ur better off going to another clinic where they understand and care, unfortunately I have to Rate with 1 star , if I had my way it be none
