Reviews of Dr. Green Lawn Care Services in Joliet

We purchased Dr. Green lawn services for weed control and paid well over what we used to pay, foolishly thinking it would be better quality, it was far from it. We paid $371.69 for the services. Every time they sprayed there seemed there were more and more weeds, when I contacted them, they would always say give it time. Well that only made it worse, I would end up going out there in the sweltering heat pulling the weeds in which I paid dearly to not do! One of the last times I called was well before the 4th of July holiday. I called the 3rd week of June the 24th and spoke with Kathy, once again was "Oh give it time, bla bla, bia and call us back next Friday. Well, I did not want to wait that close to the holiday, so I called on Thursday the 30th. I told her I'm not waiting I need someone out here before the 4th. She said, 'Oh I will put a call out to the district person and call you back'. Well as usual no call back so later that day I called before 5 and the recording said we will be out for the holiday until July 5th. She knew when she told me to call on Friday that they would not be in the office and furthermore no-one takes and it serious as another time after the holiday, someone answered who was seemingly nice and understanding and said-I will make sure they knock on your door when they get there so you can show them the worst spots, and then I will call you to follow up after, well I was watching, as I work from home and not only did he not knock she never called. Needless to say, I am still out there pulling the weeds that I had to prepay for (for the service I am not getting).
