My experience was poor. I went to this clinic two and a half months ago and received a bill today! When I called I asked why a bill wasn't mentioned when I was there and they said it just happens that way because of your income. So I asked if I could cancel my appointment that is coming up soon and before I could say that I wanted to reschedule or anything the lady said yes and hung up on me. This is BAD customer service since apparently I am a paying customer. I guess you don't care about your company. I will never go back!
