I worked for for dpky for 8 months as the handyman before I was fired for no reason thay never want to fix anything thay will leave tenats without ac or hot water for weeks because thay don't want to spend the money the management is a joke in July a tenat was shoot and killed at 904 knotty oak. Way. Oak Creast apartments. And thay did nothing about it I watched them take money from people for deposites knowing thay didnt qualify thay just waist your time and your money I'm just saying be careful renting from them thay are a very shady company i have seen how thay operate
