We live at the Reservoir in Brandon MS, and don't get a paper at least 3 times a month. The last time was yesterday, our Sunday paper...….it is redundant that we have to call and get credit, but no one can deliver that days paper...our service is terrible!! The guy that put his card in the paper as our new delivery person last year, never answers his phone. Terrible service....

I asked the paper to donate a subscription to our military veteran's "pod" at Central Mississippi Correctional facility. Never received a response. So I called back to see if they had a special at 3:50 pm and was told the subscription department closes at 4 pm Well it was not 4pm.
