Horrible. Took over a month to get a watch back. My wife left her watch for a battery, that's all it needed, it was working daily before battery went dead. Next day, she went to pick it up, the guy said he sent it to Bulova. I could have done that myself, but it just needed a $2.00 battery. Another week, still no watch, and another week after no watch. I contacted Bulova repair, they never heard of his shop. I finally went in with her, he told her he didn't have the watch (in Spanish), when she turned to tell me, that's when he realized we were together, and all of a sudden he says Oh, yes, here it is, I have to put it together. $30.00, watch does not work! This guy is a thief! Do not go there!
