To sum things up, after bringing my car to Car Crafters:
• my car was returned damaged almost 9 months after I initially dropped off the car for a paint job
• The owner Jovanny told me to get the car fixed and he would reimburse me for my expenses
• after spending close to $2,000 repairing the damage to my car caused by Car Crafters, Car Crafters has not yet reimbursed the damages as promised
• there are paint chips all around the car after being returned from Car Crafters
• I have been dealing with this mess for over a year now
Do not trust the owner Jovanny. He will make all sorts of promises and deliver on none of them. After bringing out 1997 Jaguar XJR in for a paint job, we were told the job would take a few weeks. The car was not returned to us for almost four months.
When the car was returned, we found that Car Crafters did not put the car back correctly. The right turn signal, tail lights and stereo (located in the trunk) were not working. In addition, there was paint on the windows and damage to the interior of the car. The door panels were not reinstalled correctly. The chrome window trim was dented and bent.

Jovanny said he would take care of these issues. We returned the car to him and he held onto the car for another four months, always blaming his mechanic for the delay. He finally returned the car to us after four months with none of the mechanical problems fixed AND there were now additional paint chips on the car. Jovanny told us to get everything fixed ourselves with our own mechanic and that he would reimburse us the costs. We did that. The total cost of all the mechanical repairs was $1,688.99. Since then, we have not been able to get ahold of Jovanny by phone, text or email. We have left messages on voice mail and with his employees. He did not return our communication for months. Finally, he picked up the phone and promised to mail us a check for everything that he promised. It's been two months since he first promised to send a check and we have still not received anything. He is not returning any communication again. We have not been dealing this for over 15 monhts.
As for the quality of the paint job, we have a car with several paint chips on it from Car Crafters that does not look good. Everything about this has been a nightmare. Avoid Car Crafters at all costs.
