Reviews of Ralph's Muffler & Brake Shops in Indianapolis

I really wanted to like this place, but two visits, 8+ hours waiting, and poor repair work means I need to find another shop. My first visit was for screechy brakes, which determined the right rear brake pad needed replaced. Within weeks, there were a variety of noises much like before the pads were replaced. I sit here again watching people come and go (I was third in line) with serious car issues and my car is still untouched. I have been asked what the problem is four times, even though I handed them the receipt for the original work and explained at check in. Though not unkind, the staff has shown little care for my time or service. They chat it up with "bud", "boss", "friend", "fella", but when I asked for a status, they mutter, "be a minute". It's been 3 hours and they still haven't looked at my faulty brake pad! Sadly, the service and care was worse during first visit (brake guy eating chips and talking on the phone, stepping away from his work several minutes several times). I should be able to have the lifetime warranty honored without feeling that I'm in the way. p.s. I politely asked for a status update one time...
