The billing department is horrible is such an understatement. I have never in 25+ years of paying bills over the phone, radntx takes the cake. I cannot use automated systems or online due to extreme anxiety and trust issues related to ptsd. I arrived at the Ft Worth business office to pay CASH, they would not take it. I offered my visa and master cards in person, they would not take them and promise of an off-line payment. I called over ten times to the Indianapolis call center, including supervisors, to pay verbally with a human... Not automated and not online. Nope, no, we can't, we won't, not doing it... I even asked them to forward it to their collections agency and nope. I do not have any checks and have not been inside a store for years to obtain a money order. I now must wait for it to goto collections as a non payment and hurt my credit. I just want to pay them and they do not offer any ADA assistance for me. It took me two weeks of therapy and meds to get in the office to pay CASH, that is obviously not worth the paper it's printed on to them.

The Billing Department is the most horrible part of Radiology Assoc. of North Texas. My husband died from pancreatic cancer at Arlington Memorial Hospital in December. Received a bill dated 2/16/16. The "details of service" only show that bills were filed with Medicare. None filed with our secondary insurance, which has paid without fail during my husband's illness. Why send me a bill with red ink and exclamation marks when RANTX has not even filed with our secondary? Online attempts to check on insurance info are impossible due to website setup. The only thing that works on website is Bill Pay, and I will not do it until I learn about our secondary insurance. What a sleazy company.
