ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! THE OWNER,MARY DUNSEITH, AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES OWNERS IN HER FAMILY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. ON 5-25-16 I ENTERED PACK AND SHIP TO GET A PRICE QUOTE ON A FRAMED PICTURE I WANTED TO SEND TO A FRIEND. THERE WERE too young gentleman one African American and one Caucasian male employees working at the time approximately 2:45 p.m. I specifically asked the young African-American gentleman that I was here to get a price quote on a picture frame that I was mailing to a friend he put my frame on the scale and then proceeded to check the computer another employee came from the back and took my frame off the scale and took it somewhere in the back. The nice African American male check computer quoted me a price of $16.32 and then proceeded to add shipping materials box bubble wrap etcetera and the total came to $28 at this time the other gentleman the Caucasian male came from the back and had already wrapped my frame in bubble wrap and set it in front of me he proceeded. After specifically telling the first gentleman that I was here for a quote I politely thank them both for all their help and told them that I was going to check an alternative method or route to ship my frame and thank you for the help. The young Caucasian male asked me if I wanted to keep the frame wrapped in the bubble wrap that he took it upon himself to go ahead and wrap for me. I thanked him but told him no I'm sorry I was just here to get a quote and that I did not need their services at the time he then said are you going to pay for the 4 bubble wrap sheets they cost $0.80 a sheet and I said no sir I just came for a quote and I DIDN'T ASK for anyone to wrap it.He then proceeded to argue with me making comments under his breath saying that I agreed on the $16 and he heard me say that I agreed on the price. I was taken back at his remarks and told him thanks but no thanks and that I would not be doing business here nor would I ever be doing business here again because of his rudeness. I TURNED TO WALK OUT WITH MY FRAME IN HAND. THE WHITE MALE, OBVIOUSLY ANGERED BY MY COMMENT ABOUT NOT WANTING TO DO BUSINESS THERE EVER AGAIN, SHOUTED LOUDLY AT ME AS I WAS HEADING FOR THE EXIT "GO FUCK YOURSELF." I PRECEDED to exit pack and ship got to my car and could not believe what this young man just yelled at me he actually told me to go fuck myself! My father and I have been doing business with pack and ship for over 7 years and have never been treated like this and honestly I can't remember a time when anybody has ever told me to go fuck myself. It is a shame but this is the God's honest truth I never would have thought to be treated like this especially not from a business that I have been using for over seven the comment that this young man made it to me go fuck myself I take very seriously and view it as a Serious verbal assault!
