If I could give them less than one star I would. They are representing my insurance company. I have had a claim open for almost 2 years now --because of them.
Yes, almost 2 years!!! They are dragging my claim settlement out. They’ve been given proof where the mistakes were made and still refuse to budge.
My advice: Run! USE ANY OTHER COMPANY if you want your claim settled. They will not work for you. They will not communicate. They are very unprofessional and unethical.

I had to invoke the Appraisal Process to settle my claim correctly. They are not abiding by the Executed Appraisal Process (which was settled in August) and are out of compliance. I reported this to the Department of Financial Service. They still owe me thousands of dollars on my claim and do not reply to emails.

Update: I am now well over 60 days past the Executed Award and have STILL not been paid in full for my claim. I am on email # 14 (I send an email every week) with no reply. As I said... do not use this company!
