Reviews of Houston's A/C Express in Houston

Company was contracted out by home warranty to replace 2 A/C units. At time of installation they damaged both wires that connect to units and hid their work by taping them and hiding them inside the flex conduit.

3 years later one A/C unit goes out and they refused service because I didn't call them about it until now (how was I supposed to know they did a substandard job at install?).
They are also using a picture taken at time of installation, where you are unable to see the improper wiring, as "proof" that I am not telling the truth. I tried to speak to owner but his wife has refused to allow me to speak to him. I had the wiring repaired by another electrician because who can live without A/C in Houston? I am seeking reimbursement of $240 but I am unable to get a resolution.
The level of defensiveness displayed by the employee and the owner's wife lead me to believe this is standard practice for them. When seeking resolution I was told I was making "false accusations" and they refused service.
Their motto "we are not cool until you are" has not been reflected in my dealings with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
