Writing to make a complaint against Ivan the manager and Jessica a worker. Jessica told my 8 year old niece that she could get a 2nd bag of popcorn after I personally asked her to get a bag from me. I went to question this and was told about the policy of free snacks for kids 18 and younger. I was completely unaware of the policy. Meanwhile I saw adults, specifically several Hispanic women with no children in sight eating bags of popcorn. While speaking with Jessica a manager Ivan walked over and instead of attempting to offer help he was rude, surly and combative. I stated I'd simply pay for the popcorn. And Ivan shrugged and said ok. I wen to the food stand where the young lady behind the counter was pleasant and asked why I was buying popcorn when it was free. I explained what had just had and she mentioned that Ivan is often rude and, not kikee as a manager. Another worker went to speak with him about the incident and Ivan told her to indeed sell me a popcorn which the worker took from the popcorn machine that Jessica was serving from. I approached Ivan whose name I didn't know at that point I asked him his name and Jessica's as well. He gave me his name and asked Jessica what her name was? I stated you don't know your employees names? He then rudely stated that I was being aggressive and said he was getting security and walked out of my face. At that point Jessica finally gave me her name. Ivan returned with security who didn't address me personally but stood by the popcorn machine strangely leering at me. All this as I returned to give my niece the popcorn I paid for. This whole incident was incredibly rude and didn't have to happen. You've put a person Ivan in charge who has zero customer service skills shows blatant bias and commands zero respect from his staff. Both he and Jessica need immediate coaching on how to properly serve kids and sensitivity training to better equip them to serve people of varying backgrounds. We left FunPlex and I took my niwcws to Chuck E Cheeses were the experience was vastly better. I'd appreciate an apology for this and please understand that I personally will never bring my family her again, I'll be posting a review about this experience and will make a point to dissuade people from coming here in the future. Your employees should be ashamed of themselves for treating children, truly anyone this way.

I had my credit card information stolen in these last couple of days. As of 12/26/2016 someone who works at Fun Plex Houston manually put in my card information for $50 twice. When I called to confront them about what had happened no one will would help me. I will be pressing charges. A poor rating is way too generous for how these people have treated me.
