Deserves less than 1 star. Don't waste your time. They do not stand by their work or product. If you end up in a bind because of the poor products they use, you are shi out of luck.

I hired them to automate my existing gate. Because the gate is for a property that was to be used as a short term rental, I needed a keypad entry and remote. Of course I paid the upcharge for that. Franco and his team thanked me many times for being a straight forward stress free customer and not haggling their prices and being easy to work with. They installed everything.

5 months later, the gate keypad stopped working. I tried trouble shooting, but due to not being given any info on keypad, I had no choice to reach out to Franco to help resolve the issue. He claimed he would immediately get to my gate to resolve the keypad issue.

Over a 2 week span, I had to constantly reach out to Franco on the Resolution. Each time I called, he claimed it would just be 1 more day. He is waiting for remote to come in, etc, etc.

He eventually stopped taking my calls. Even his secretary started screening my calls. This is literally a simple fix but he cannot be bothered. I am not a gate expert or well versed in how to program the gate nor did i find it easy to figure out which product he used. An image search of keypad pulled up so many different brands.

He has already gotten his money so he clearly has no interest in helping me further even tho this should not go bad in a mere 5 months. I even went up to their physical location on day 12. They promised to resolve my issue when I went up there. I live outside the state of my rental and this issue has already affected my guest experience. It is now 3 days later from me physically going there and nothing . I have a cameras on my property. Per my cameras, Franco and his ppl have not even come to assess the issue not once.

I am left to either hire someone else to help reprogram the keypad or figure it out myself.

I should have listened to the other reviewer. Do yourself a favor and use another company for your gate needs. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by the low prices. The headache is not worth the low value.
