I made an appointment over the phone, explained I had already bought Invisalign, was on retainer 18, and wanted to see if I could transfer my treatments with them from my old place in Dallas. Rather than tell me they couldn’t just transfer it over, they made an appointment for me for a consultation. I took an afternoon off work, I came for the consultation, it was the same as the one I had 9 months ago except my teeth looked better. Then after the consultation, then they informed me that they’d have to order all new retainers and it would cost another $4500 (more expensive than my previous dentist charged). They should have told me that when I first called and said I already was on retainer 18, instead of wasting my time with a pointless consultation. Then they wanted $50 for the pointless consultation, which they didn’t disclose until after the fact either.

I had been thinking I’d use this as my primary care dentist since I live close-by, but not after they did that. Wasted my time and money. So folks, that’s how this place rolls!
