The person that answered the phone was the most rude, disrespectful person in business I have ever encountered! After initial greetings, I asked to whom I was speaking. His reply was "no, who am I speaking to". I gave him my name and again asked his. He said his name is Carl. I then asked to speak to their receptionist, that she had info on my project. His reply was "no, not for you." I hung up at that point.
This has to be the MOST classless business I've ever seen. If this is how they talk on the phone, I can imagine how shoddy and careless their work must be. Rating them 1 star is 1 too many!!!

C*** showed up at my house, took measurements, and promised me a quote within two days. It's two weeks later and I'm still waiting! How unprofessional!
