What an improvement! In praise of Robert Potter.... his entertaining and informative commentary on the Red Route 1st Oct ‘22 was much appreciated, as was his effective use of the PA mic.... clear and measured. This was a welcome contrast to the OTT of your drivers’ delivery on the Green & Blue Routes. These were distorted (too close, too much “gain”!) and unintelligible. Loved the enthusiasm, but trying to understand the ravings was an ordeal. All 3 drivers were safe and considerate, but Robert was a real professional - knowledgeable & measured, a pleasure to listen to. Please help the others reach this standard of communication and engagement with clients, not just screeching at them. Ouch!
