Godawful customer service, organization, and lack of accountability! We bought a washer/dryer to be delivered ASAP, the stacking unit had to be bought through Reliable Parts. The washer arrived DAMAGED on Tuesday 5/24. Was told we would get a call to reschedule. Of course this store doesn't call you back. We drove there on 5/24 to reschedule it ourselves, was told the earliest was Friday even though we're an emergency delivery. Then on Thursday 5/26 we get a call from someone at Lowe's that our washer replacement is actually out of stock!
Then they canceled our delivery without even telling us! We drive there again on 5/26 and Lori manually locates the same washer, fully available, in the bull pen and made a note for the delivery guys as an emergency delivery for Friday 5/27. Friday comes. No call. So we call the delivery company and they tell us we had no scheduled deliveries at all. So we go back to the store on 5/27 and find out that our delivery date was changed to June 27!!! And they sold OUR dryer that we bought 2 weeks ago to someone else who bought it on 5/26 and got next day delivery when we should've been priority!!! LOL what??? They scrambled to find an in stock replacement for us and we were not able to choose the design, model, or brand because at this point we have been without a washer/dryer for 2 weeks!! They scheduled us for emergency delivery again for Saturday 5/28. We call the delivery company, they tell us we had actually been scheduled for Sunday 5/29!! What the eff!! So we go back to the store on Saturday 5/28 and spoke with the manager Yvonne who was able to contact a dispatcher for a possible delivery on Saturday, the day that was promised to us because we kept getting cancelled and pushed. Of course it doesn't happen. Sunday 5/29 comes and we were the first delivery as promised. The new dryer came with a completely cracked glass door. What kind of a sick joke is this business playing? We of course refuse delivery and go back to the store on Sunday 5/29. They of course offered refund in full, which is the very very least they could do for all the trouble we've been through, but only after the product arrived back in the store which was at the earliest 7 hours later. We have not received the refund as of yet but it does take approximately a week to process.

Now I have a stacking unit that's useless. I had to miss work 2 days with lost wages to wait for a delivery *that was promised to us and scheduled* but never came because someone kept canceling our delivery and changing our dates. We have spent $30 in gas money just to physically go to the store because no one answers the phone. We have gone there 5 times for 9 hours in just this week. We are seeking compensation. They claim they don't offer store credit. There's literally a stack of cards near the customer service area that says "In Store Credit". These people are a joke and don't know how to do business. We are returning and loyal customers, we bought our fridge from them. We are seeking store credit and they won't even compensate us with a standard amount in store credit that's justified for the $250 in lost wages, $30 in gas, and 9 hours of our time that we had to waste because of their mistakes. Everything has been at our expense for THEIR MISTAKES. In addition I will sue for emotional distress if no action is taken. This store is a complete waste of time.
