Reviews of Starbucks in Holland

I stopped at this store for the first time today, I am normally not on that side of town. The girl washed and rinsed a sink full of blenders and tea shakers with her back to the register, not noticing 3 customers lined up. When she finally turned around, there was no "Sorry I didn't see you" or anything, just "What can I get you?" I asked for a Caramel Espresso Granita and she said she couldn't make that. I pointed out that there were 2 signs advertising the granitas. She poked around on the touch screen of the computer and said "I can't even find it on here." Again, no apology, just can't do it. So I left. Obviously not trained well. The day the granitas were launched, I went to the Starbucks in the Washington Ave. Family Fare and at first they looked confused when I ordered a granita, but they texted another store and found the recipe and instructions and said, "We'll figure it out!" At least they made the effort! I will likely not be inclined to visit the Butternut location again. I felt like I was a bother to her.
