They are quick, attentive and have the horrible job of dealing with sloppy residents. My property is clean and well maintained.

Jeff is disrespectful, greedy for money, property is very poorly kept, trash everywhere garbage always over flowing. When asking for a rules and regulations of the property so we could know what we can and cannot have(BBQ grill, Plants, Bird Feeders, hanging basket) he refused and said rules are decided by the board but would not give a list of rules that have previously been enforced. He then proceeded to tell me we will not get along and that I need to go thru my landlord. All for wanting something on paper for me to reference so we can be in compliance and not have any issues. It really is just him making rules on the go based upon who you are and your relationship with him. Now having issues with stairs in need of repair landlord doesn't seem to want to deal with him and asked me to message him come to find out my number has been blocked from that single interaction of me just not saying "yes sir" very unprofessional.

His comments of "I was able to get around providing handicap parking by putting up reserve signs. But I see these people who have them walking perfectly fine with their groceries" is just so off putting and beyond disrespectful for him to make assumptions about others disabilities. Beyond disappointed having to deal with such a disrespectful semi-property manager.

Highly suggest to avoid any and all living situations that he manages you will not regret it
