I have never in my life, had taken the chance to write a bad review, even if it was the worst of my life. Things happen, and people make mistakes. We move on. But this place Needs to be Shown to people as how it is. The Customer service provided by the Owners of the place should be the most Important one. When the owners approach you helping you and understanding the issues, you can tell the place is ran by the right people, and the employees will follow the same norms. I do not recommend this place at all. The Owners should understand by now How important it is to treat customers the way they expect to be treated, especially when they are paying for a service, and They are providing that service. Customer Service training are offered Online, and can be purchased by companies. The owners Should do this at least Twice a year, to see if they understand How important this is. I see comments such us "One of he owners is bi polar and is addicted to MOLLIES". What kind of place is under this management? have never had issues with the employees there, I give all Kudos because so far they have done great job, I admit that, and they deserve to be recognized, however is a shame that the Owners are the main reason for the bad reviews. I will make sure to notify the right people, to report this horrible place.
