Reviews of AdventHealth Hendersonville in Hendersonville

I would not recommend AdventHealth Especially the Hendersonville location. I am on hold at THIS moment still waiting for a representative to answer so I can ask a question about a bill. I am currently at 15 mins and 43 seconds and NOT ONE person has clicked on to ask if I needed assistance or anything. This is not an isolated event; on numerous occasions, I have called and never received an answer. I've literally had to hang up, call again and press numbers to get to any department that will answer and provide service. TERRIBLE!!!!! I will update you with the final time it took for someone to answer the phone. I am now at 17 mins and 10 seconds.... and counting!
To add additional context. I called the office before calling customer service, and BOTH receptionists were unknowledgeable and RUDE! To had to call 5 times and had to press the button to set an appointment just to get to them. A waste of time because they were UNHELPFUL.! Which is why I called the number provided on the bill.......STILL WAITING
