If I could give this place an even lower review I would! I am writing this review to alert others of what I experienced with my two dogs and secondarily for the unbelievable costs they charged me. My bill plus a follow up med for my two small dogs (Chihuahua and Cheweenie) was just under $1,100.00!! I wanted a routine check up, Distemper shot, and grooming (bathed and nails clipped) for both; they recommended about 9 more procedures (including rabies shot) per dog, which I declined (the rabies shots weren't due until late Spring about 4 months later). They charged me $1.00 per declined procedure ($18.00 for 2 dogs); and they gave my dogs and charged me for rabies shots for both dogs even after I declined them. They lanced my cheweenie's anal gland saying it was infected and gave me an ointment and 2 meds, which gave my dog hives and made him race repeatedly around my place wildly with a dazed look, which had never happened before. At one point, he laid down, and I thought he had died. I stopped giving him the meds after 1-2 days and reluctantly got a counter allergy med ($52+), but he got hives from it also so I stopped it after 1 day. It took about a week before my poor dog got back to normal. I will never go back to this place again and would urge anyone to check this place out thoroughly before taking your animal there.
