I usually love bath and body works but yesterday was a horrible experience for me. I’m not the type to complain but today I’m gonna complain ! This was the cherrydale location. I went in yesterday around 2 pm and I grabbed what I needed when I looked I seen the new cherry lotion I wanted and I was gonna get it actually the whole set. I picked up the lotion and was just gonna smell it before I put it in my bag. Out of nowhere the lady yelled at me and said no mam we are not doing that in this store that why we have testers grabbed it out of my hand wiped it down and put it back. Now I’m all for the sanitizing for COVID but to be yelled at esp when she didn’t know if I was buying it or not ! I was embarrassed for being yelled at first off. Second off I’m not child I am 40 years old ! Needless to say I bought what I had in my bag and left. I will not be going back to that store ! I’ve never had someone be so rude to me in a bath and body works store EVER!! The most horrible shopping experience ever!
