Reviews of Mimi's Cafe in Greensboro

Normally, I would rate this restaurant higher, but not so today. The waiters, waitresses and cooks are A 1, but management, not so. The manager that I experienced during brunch, should be made aware that customer service is very important to any business. Satisfied customers means more business. More business means more money for the company. Needless to say the reversal is true with customers who are not to satisfied.

Something petty, like the manager not knowing how to deduct an item because the customer was not satisfied with it should never be an issue and should never lead to the manager being condescending to a customer.

If Covid has taught us anything it has taught us during post Covid that businesses need customers in order to survive, in addition to treating and paying employees fairly!
