I had a few pet stains that were set in my carpet pretty good and had resolved that they would never come clean. I hired OG Professional to do my living room and dining room and knew the pet stains would not come out. So I was not worried about him getting them out. But much to my surprise they were gone! Mr. Garcia went way beyond my expectations and I love when that happens. I had a previous carpet cleaner out to do my rooms a few years ago and the stains were still there after they left so I didn't think it was even possible for them to be removed. I had wanted to try a new company and found OG Professional on Yahoo...what a difference another company can make. I would definitely go with OG Professional again and recommend them to everyone I know!
