My key broke off (in half) in my ignition, but it was still drivable. I stopped by their office, and they were able to get the key out within a minute. Not only that, but they were able to create a new key using the broken key (with a few minor adjustments going back and forth to the truck). I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced as well versus getting a new key from the dealership. Excellent and friendly service. Thank you very much for your help!

I was so fortunate to have called A1 when I locked my keys in my car while we were in Grand Rapids. Pat and Mark were so helpful. Mark was so calm and worked so hard to help me. I would highly recommend them if you ever get locked out of your car!
