My husband & I were in the process of looking to build a new house in Granbury and knew we wanted a builder we could trust. We called around the area and talked with several of the local builders to find out what their companies had to offer new home builder customers. We were referred to Coker & Co. from another very reputable builder due to the builder does not build homes under 2,400 square feet. We sat down with Brad Coker and our realtor to talk about our needs and wants. Brad listens to detail very well, he amazed us with the ideas he came up to make our home very special just for us. It was Brad’s idea to make a “safe room” in our master bathroom since we have many storms here in Texas, this would help protect us should we have the need. Details are important when you are building your home! As we were in the building process, Brad and Mary Kay communicated well with us throughout the whole job. This is important as you are building your home so you know how the build is progressing. They make sure to keep the contractors on track along with running a tight crew. We appreciated how they kept our lot and home very clean as they were building! We had built two other homes in the metroplex and can tell you….the builders were terrible and nothing compares them to Brad Coker & Co.! Finally we are living in our dream retirement home!
