I love ILKB! I’m not a person who likes to work out and try to avoid it! I usually get tired just thinking about it but with ILKB I keep going to more and more classes a week. I get a great workout without feeling like I’ve over done it or hurt my body. I leave with energy and feeling stronger. I’ve been going for about seven months and could see the results instantly and the more I go the stronger I feel.

ILKB Glendale is an amazing gym with awesome trainers and a great class schedule. These kickboxing classes are the hardest and most rewarding type of workout I have ever experienced. After seven months of attending ILKB I still look forward to coming to each class! - Clarissa S.
