I had a horrible experience the Saturday night before Fathers day.
1) the staff seemed to be rude and on edge almost mean-spirited. we were treated poorly by the check in manager. then while trying to enjoy our night we were harrased by an old man with a security shirt. first it was becuase I had a drink by the score booth, then a chair apparantly was blocking the way. then during the whole time he stood 20 feet from us staring at us the whole time. it was not the fact of the rules it was his tone . im 50 and he talked down to me as if I was a kid. Very condescending. when we appeared to be leaving he came and started moving chairs as if to antagonize us even further. my entire family 18 of us made comments to me about this mad security persons behavior without any solicitation from me. Also when I went to order drinks I was yelled at by the young lady that I needed 4 people with ids to purchase 2 pitchers. once again no customer service skills. the place and night were a total turn off. I spent 150.00 and would have spent the same if not more on food and drink, but after the way the entire staff seemed to be mean to its guests we left. I have been in management for years and the staffs behavior speaks volumes about the upper management. Sad experience all my grown kids said dad we will never ever come to this place again.
BEWARE of this place. I have no reason to post a negative review without just cause.
