Reviews of Arizona Appliance Liquidators in Glendale

I was extremely disappointed. I went into their showroom on a promotion they were running on OfferUp. As part of my walk through with Joseph Vanderhyde I was introduced to a lower grade set; however, it has a better range/stove. It was not what I was originally looking for but it was a nice compliment which I ended up loving more then the first. I was given all the model numbers to research the new items and a quote. Upon returning to the store within 24 hours he advised me he misquoted me and it would be $1k more - shady shit since I got it in writing! There was another potential customer in the store who said there were there for the same reason, they were lied to about the cost of the items they wanted. Joseph was RUDE when I called him out on it and insisted he could not honor his quote and insinuated I leave the store, I recorded the entire conversation on my phone - BAD BUSINESS ETHICS AND I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!! FAMILY OWNED with POOR customer service, I would be ASHAMED! I am only giving 1 star because that is the minimum to post, they should get ZERO!
