How can you not keep coming back to this place every day?! I GET A GREAT WORK OUT. Not only do I get a great work out but I learn how to kick butt and hang out with friends at the same time! Its clean, the instructors definitely know there stuff and there is positive energy flying everywhere. The workouts can be intense but its fun at the same time and its a new line up everyday. I never get board. I am waking up with more energy and more confidence about myself than I had the day before. Thank you to the staff for a great job in motivating us to work hard but have fun at the same time 🙂

ILoveKickboxing is amazing! This is by far the best and most fun workout I have ever done. The facility is nice and the music keeps the energy level high. The trainers keep you engaged and motivated and make you feel like you're part of the family. They genuinely seem to care about their clients. I so look forward to going that I actually get upset when I have to miss a day because I can't go. I've never experienced this before. I'm hooked. I truly love ILoveKickboxing!
