ILoveKickboxing if Germantown has truly motivated me to be tougher, better, and stronger! The instructors are great, motivational and there every single step of the way, and the class is a great workout, a wonderful stress reliever! I truly recommend ILKB to anyone trying to find a great place to workout! I truly love our fit-fam ❤️❤️❤️

Since i have started kickboxing i have felt more confident about myself. i feel like i am getting stronger and can defend myself if a situation came up. The instructors describe how to do the moves and stretches so you dont have to be a pro to join. The instructors are also fun and will encourage you and help tweek your moves so you do them right. i see a difference in my strength and in my body and feel like this is a really fun way to get fit!
