Reviews of North Texas Rabbit Sanctuary in Garland

Unfortunately I was unable to visit this "sanctuary" It is stated clearly in the website that they are open to the public ONLY on Saturday and for only a short few hours, being 10-2. It is also stated that you MUST have an appointment (set up via e-mail) to even stop by to look around. I can understand this. They even went a step further to say because this facility is an all volunteer program that it might take a couple days to respond to the e-mail. I sent an e-mail on a Wednesday afternoon. Then another one the following Saturday and STILL haven't gotten a response! (It has been plenty more than a couple days and we should have been notified) My son was looking forward to this experience but unfortunately never happened. From this, I feel the staff isn't suited and they clearly need a different approach so this doesn't continue to happen.
