Reviews of Lake Colony Apartments in Garland

I have been without HOT water for over a week. We were sent a letter that the boiler was messed up and nothing else. No updates on when we would have HOT water or anything else. I put in 2 maintenances request that got completed without any hot water restoration. Today I made a call to the maintenance line because the office hasn't open yet, even though it should have been opened at 10am. The man on the line was so rude, he advised me that since I live here, I should deal. He was rude the entire phone call and hung up the phone in my face. My maintenance request from 2021 is still uncompleted. Grateful my lease is almost up because I can go and find better living for myself and my children.
