Everyone on the staff that I met was rude and rushed me through my appointment, though they had no problem making me wait. The nurse in the exam room said all of 5 words to me, demanded my MRI disc, and then informed me that she couldn't open it and would be back. Less than 2 minutes later Dr. S came in and told me he'd studied all three spinal MRIs and my back was completely normal for a 30 year old. When I asked why the discrepancy between what he saw and what the report stated, he seemed confused. I told him the report showed 4 thoracic herniated discs flattening my cord and 2 herniated lumbar discs. In what way is that normal for a 27 year old? He told me they "didn't matter because that part of the spine doesn't move." I have since been encouraged by my pain management physician to see a new surgeon. Arrogant, couldn't have cared less about me, spent less than 5 minutes with me, clearly didn't read my MRI. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Ever.
