On two separate occasions, they ruined a new pair of silk pants and shirts, worth about $150.00 each. Well over $600.00. They charged me for dry cleaning but instead washed these clothes in the regular wash. Also, on several occasions, I noticed they were charging me for items I did not have and at other times, charged me for items they marked as silk, but were instead linen. Of course it was a higher cost. These people are crooks and should be reported.
