I started a great new chapter of my life when l joined ILKB in January 2018. In my first session, with medical modifications and all, l really wanted to get beyond my 80% mobility, but l didn't think l'd be able to keep up with others. Just wow, the staff really worked with me, always encouraging me to keep on trying. My confidence has gone through the roof!. I still have quite a ways to go, but it's so easy to keep coming back to an energetic, friendly and clean environment with staff and members l now consider friends. Often l choose the earliest session available for the day, and truly, it's the BEST hour of my day!

I have always wanted to do kickboxing for years but just never took the time out to try it. Well, I am hooked. I work out 4 or 5 days a week but this literally kicked my butt. I know this is going to help work on my upper body strength while building my endurance level. I can actually see myself teaching this in the future. The energy level is through the roof here, it is definitely high-intensity training. Excellent High-Intensity Workout! Worth Every Cent...
