Reviews of Regency Property Management in Fresno

I submitted my rent payment on the 1st and it wasn’t pulled from my account. I called on the 4th to speak to someone about it and they told me “it’s been paid on our end so it’s fine. Your bank may take some time for it to show” I checked it on the 5th and it still reflected paid. I woke up on the 6th to a late fee and them telling me I should of called to check in (which I did) and they couldn’t remove the late fee. They couldn’t credit the late fee to next months rent either. They said that it bounced due to insufficient funds and there was nothing they could do about it. It’s complete bulshit and I will be going by to speak to someone.

They also never gave me a mail key, access to the on site laundry room, and my parking stall that they have locked up. I’ve lived here several months now and receive no reply.
