I had never kickboxed before but I took one class with my fiancé just to try it out and I loved it. It is a great workout and the training are energetic and you can’t help but to have fun.

The trainers really go out of their way to make sure you're working hard and having fun. The gym is super inviting and I look forward to going to classes. I needed motivation to work out and this is it!

I love I love kicking boxing in Frederick!! This place is amazing the instructors not only push you but the encourage you to believe in yourself. Its not only any amazing exercise but an unbelievable stress relief! I have struggled for years with depression and really bad anxiety I was super nervous to try but when I'm at this studio I feel like it's one big family everyone there lifts you up. I look forward to going to workout everytime and I leave feeling amazing! It's a full body workout and it changes everyday so it's not the same old boring exercises day after day. Give it a try you will not regret it!
