I stumbled onto the I Love Kickboxing – Fountain Valley location while walking my dog. I thought that it would be a good start to getting healthy. Little did I know that it would become a major part of my life. Each class is challenging and helps keep me focused on my goals of losing weight and getting healthy. I don’t like the gym, I need someone guiding me through the workout and this is exactly what I was looking for. It helps relieve stresses in your life, just put that person’s image on the bag and hit it hard!! :)

My experience at I love kickboxing fountain valley has been more than I could have imagined. Every class is amazing, full of energy and fun music. The instructors always do a great job at motivating and coaching. I have started noticing results after a few weeks. Now I feel stronger and have more energy than ever before.
